From the ring to Vegas to real estate.
Before contracts and closing days, there were 26+ amateur bouts and 5 a.m. roadwork. The ring taught me what most jobs can't: how to prepare for what you can't predict, how to stay calm under pressure, and what it actually means to be in someone's corner.
From there I went to Las Vegas as a sports agent for UFC fighters, negotiating in a city built on high stakes and advocating for athletes in the biggest moments of their careers. Deals fall apart fast when nobody's holding the line; my job was to hold it.
